This cozy 1 Bedroom/1 Bath condo nestled on the shoreline of the Inner Coastal Waterway provides a beautiful and affordable escape from the hustle and bustle of life. This property is located on the 3rd floor (with elevator) of the Sunset Harbor Palms community overlooking the private community fishing pier and the tranquil waters of the Sound.
Choose to go fishing and grill your dinner by the pavilion or enjoy the sugar white sands on the beach of the Emerald Coast, which is within walking distance. Whether you prefer soaking up the sun at the pool, or gazing at the tranquil sunsets, you are sure to return home refreshed and rejuvenated.
SEAS the Day is a tastefully furnished Sound Front 1 Bedroom/1 Bath Condo and can ideally accommodate (2) Guests but does provide an inflatable Queen Mattress and can accommodate up to a maximum of (4) persons.
Gulf access is a short walk with easy access available at the end of South Carolina street.
Accepted Bookings will be required to review, execute and return the Rental Agreement within 72 hours of booking. Guest failure to execute and return the Rental Agreement may result in the Cancellation of a Guest’s Reservation and the rebooking of this property.

Palms 1-307 is professionally managed by Navarre Vacation Rentals, LLC with an island Office presence to ensure your vacation is one remembered with smiles. Navarre Vacation Rentals maintains Operational Office Hours based on seasonal rental demands. Office Hours are maintained year round Monday-Friday from 9AM – 5 PM Central Standard Time. During periods of peak rental demand Office Hours are maintained on Saturday and Sunday 10 AM – 6PM Central Standard Time.

OCCUPANCY: SEAS the Day ideally accommodates 2 persons but will permit a maximum of 4 with the use of an inflatable mattress in the living room. Occupancy limitations include all infants and small children. Overcrowding of properties managed by Navarre Vacation Rentals, LLC will not be tolerated. Properties are monitored using community cameras. Any violation of the stated Occupancy Standards
for this property will result in the immediate termination of rental and Guest eviction. Guests violating Occupancy Standards forfeit all monies paid.
PETS: Pet animals are NOT permitted. The presence of animals is carefully monitored with community cameras. Guest violation of the NO PET Policy will result in the immediate termination of rental and Guest eviction. Additional Guest charges remain billable for property damages, community fines or pet remediation efforts made necessary.
PROPERTY SUBSTITUTIONS: In instances of a major mechanical failure or Force Majeur, Navarre Vacation Rentals reserves the right to substitute a comparable property.
RENTAL RATES: Rate Quotes are available online. Rental Rates remain subject to change and are based on inventory availability at the time of booking. Early Reservations are encouraged but please note that Reservations cannot be made more than 6 months prior to Guest arrival.
SMOKING: Smoking is NOT permitted inside this property. Guest violation of this Term of Rental will result in the immediate termination of rental and eviction. Additional charges are billable for property damages or smoke remediation efforts made necessary.
Guest arrivals occurring after business hours must notify Navarre Vacation Rentals prior to office closing to obtain property access codes.
Guest arrivals occurring after Operational Business Hours must formally Register & Check-In prior to 11AM on the morning after arrival.
