AMENITIES: The use of community amenity features (Pool and Fitness Room) requires all Guests to have wristband identification visibly displayed. Guest failure to provide wristband identification will result in Security removal of Guest from the premises.
OCCUPANCY: Property occupancy standards are mandated by Fire Codes and legal Homeowner directives. The maximum allowed occupancy for this property permits a maximum of up to (6) people – including small children and infants. Occupancy standards are defined as being the number of persons permitted to be present inside the property at any given time. Overcrowding a property will not be permitted. Guest violation of the Occupancy Standards herein stated may result in Guest expulsion for the property and Guest forfeiture of all monies paid.
PETS: Guests are NOT permitted to have pet animals present on the premises. Guest violations of the Community Pet Policy will result in Guest removal from the property and Guest forefeiture of all monies paid. Additional financial charges may apply for property repairs, property replacement, pet remediation efforts or Fines issued by the Homeowner’s Association.
PROPERTY SUBSTITUTIONS: In instances of mechanical failures or Force Majeur, Navarre Vacation Rentals reserves the right to substitute a comparable property.
RENTAL RATES: Rental rates reflect seasonal rental demand and are subject to change. Rate Quotes supplied by Navarre Vacation Rentals are only valid for 48 Hours.
SMOKING: Smoking is expressly NOT permitted within any interior areas of this property. Guest violation of the No Smoking policy will result in the immediate termination of Guest rental and Guest forfeiture of all monies paid. Additional financial charges will be applied to Guest’s credit card for any needed repairs, replacements or smoke remediation efforts.

If needed, Guests arriving after business hours must notify Navarre Vacation Rentals prior office closing on the date of arrival to obtain property access info.
All terms of the Rental Lease Agreement must be observed. Guest violations will be subject to Eviction and Forfeiture of all monies paid.
