Office Hours are maintained year round Monday-Friday from 9AM – 5 PM Central Standard Time. During periods of peak rental demand Office Hours are maintained on Saturday and Sunday 10 AM – 6PM Central Standard Time.

OCCUPANCY: Property occupancy standards are mandated by Fire Codes and legal Homeowner’s directives. The maximum allowed occupancy of Villas #221 permits a maximum of up to (6) persons (including small children and infants). Occupancy standards are defined as being the number of persons permitted to be present inside this property at any given time. Violation of the stated occupancy for this property will result in the termination of Guest rental and Guest forfeiture of all monies paid. The Occupancy of all properties managed by Navarre Vacation Rentals is carefully monitored. Violation of occupancy standards are not tolerated.
AMENITIES: Use of community amenity features requires the Guest to have reservations in the Sunset Harbour Villas community. Guests of Sunset Harbor Villas are not permitted to use the amenity features of the Sunset Harbor Palms community.
PETS: Guests are NOT permitted to have pet animals present while in this community. Guest violation will result in the immediate termination of Guest rental and Guest forfeiture of all monies paid. Guest violation of the NO PET policy of this community also remains subject to additional financial charges associated with repairs, replacements or pet remediation efforts (Please see Rental Lease Agreement). Any Fines issued by the Homeowner’s Association are deemed as billable charges and will be applied to Guest’s Credit Card. This community carefully monitors for the presence of animals.
SERVICE ANIMALS: Navarre Vacation Rentals, LLC is committed to assisting any Guest in need of a trained Service Animal. Guests requiring the assistance of a Service Animal are asked to notify Navarre Vacation Rentals of this need at the time of establishing a Reservation. Documentation demonstrating Guests’ current medical treatment and a licensed physician’s medically prescribed need may be requested in order to substantiate the legitimate need for the presence of an animal to a property Owner or the Homeowner’s Association.
PROPERTY SUBSTITUTIONS: In instances of a major mechanical failure or Force Majeur, Navarre Vacation Rentals reserves the right to substitute a comparable property. Should a comparable property not be available the Guest will be entitled to a full refund of all monies paid.
RENTAL RATES: Rental Rates are subject to change and typically reflect community occupancy levels and property availability. Rate Quotes supplied by Navarre Vacation Rentals are only valid for 24 Hours.
SMOKING: Smoking is expressly NOT permitted within any interior areas of this property. Guest violation of the NO SMOKING policy will result in the immediate termination of Guest rental and Guest forfeiture of all monies paid. Additional financial charges will be applied to Guest’s credit card for needed repairs, replacements or smoke remediation efforts.
Guests arriving after business hours must notify Navarre Vacation Rentals prior office closing on the date of arrival to obtain property access info.
Guest arrivals occurring after Operational Business Hours are required to formerly Register and Check-In prior to 11AM the following morning.
