Regency #806 is professionally managed by Navarre Vacation Rentals, LLC with an Office conveniently located on the 1st floor of the community. We maintain Operational Office Hours that vary with seasonal rental demands. Office Hours are maintained year round Monday-Friday from 9 AM –
5 PM Central Standard Time. During peak periods of rental demand Office Hours are extended on weekends and are maintained 10AM – 6PM Central Standard Time.

Guests can book this property using the VRBO Instant Booking Feature. All Bookings for properties managed by Navarre Vacation Rentals, LLC remains subject to review and acceptance by Navarre Vacation Rentals, LLC.

All Accepted Bookings will receive an email from Navarre Vacation Rentals within 24 Hours of making an Online Reservation. Accepted Bookings will be required to review, execute and return the Online Reservation Agreement within 72 Hours of Booking.
Guest failure to execute and return the Rental Agreement may result in the Cancellation of Guest’s Reservation and the rebooking of the property.

OCCUPANCY: Property occupancy standards are mandated by Fire Codes and legal Homeowner’s directives. The allowed occupancy of Regency #806 permits a maximum of up to 8 persons (including small children and infants). Occupancy Standards are defined as being “the number of persons present inside the property at any given time”. The Occupancy of all properties managed by Navarre Vacation Rentals is carefully monitored. Violation of the Occupancy Standards will not be tolerated.

DAMAGES: Guests are required to present a major credit card at the time of arrival along with legally issued photo ID. Any damages occurring as a result of a Guest’s visit will be billable and charges applied to the card presented at the time of Check-In.

AMENITIES: The use of community amenity features (Pool & Workout Room) requires all Guests to have wristband identification visibly displayed. Guest failure to visibly display community identification wristbands may result in Security removing Guests from the facility. A maximum of 8 wristbands will be made available for this property.

PETS: Guests are NOT permitted to have pet animals present while in this community. Any Guest violation will result in the immediate termination of the Guest’s rental use of the property and Guest’s forfeiture of all monies paid. Guest violations of the NO PET Policy is subject to additional charges associated with Repairs, Replacements or Pet Remediation efforts (Please see Rental Lease Agreement). Any Fines issued by the Homeowner’s Association will be deemed as billable charges and will be applied to Guest’s Credit Card. This community carefully monitors for the presence of animals.

PROPERTY SUBSTITUTIONS: In instances when a Reservation is displaced or interrupted due to unforeseen circumstances Guests will be relocated to comparable accommodations or be entitled to receive a full refund.

RENTAL RATES: Published Rates remain subject to change and is based on availability at the time of booking. Guests are encouraged to book early. Please Note: Navarre Vacation Rentals does not accept Reservations that are more than 6 months from the date of Guest’s visit.

SMOKING: Smoking is expressly NOT permitted within any interior areas of this property. Any Guest violation of the NO SMOKING Policy will result in the immediate termination of Guest’s rental and Guest forfeiture of all monies paid. Additional financial charges may be applied to Guest’s Credit Card for any needed Repairs, Property Replacements or Smoke Remediation efforts.

Minimum periods for rental use of Regency #806 apply. During periods of peak rental demand a 7 night minimum rental of Saturday-Saturday is required.
