Pearl of Navarre Unit 201

Scintillating, luminous and invigorating are the terms that I would use to best describe unit 201 at The Pearl in Navarre Beach. Located on a barrier island in Navarre Beach, FL lies this beautiful, bright and cheerful 3 bedroom 3 bath, 4th floor condo at the gated community of The Pearl. The Pearl is an 18 story high rise community located directly on The Gulf of Mexico. It features 2 community pools, private beach access, a hot tub and a fitness center.

At first sight, I absolutely adored this condo! From the joyfulness of the bright yellows to the tranquility of the royal blues and the fun of the candy red’s, everything in this condo just fits together so perfectly.

This unit features 2 master suites. The first master suite is equipped with a king sized bed, a balcony that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, ceiling fans, TV, DVD player and it’s own bathroom. The master bathroom features a walk in shower with a jetted tub.

The second master (or mother in law suite, as we prefer to call it), is equipped with a queen sized bed, TV with DVD player, ceiling fans, balcony overlooking the neighboring community pool and has views of the sound side of the island as well as the Gulf side of the island. The second master bathroom features a tub/shower combo but not before walking through this rooms private kitchenette.

The third bedroom is equipped with 2 twin sized beds, TV with DVD player and ceiling fans.

The living room is bright and cheerful with it’s bold and beautiful colors! There is a balcony directly off the living room that features views of The Gulf of Mexico, as well as the community pool. The sofa in the living room is a sleeper sofa, which means this unit may sleep up to 8 people.

There is a dining room table, as well as a cafe table that will seat 8 people.

Unit comes standard with fully equipped kitchen including, but not limited to: stove, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, washer and dryer IN unit, toaster, blender, pots, pans and kitchen utensils.

What to bring and what not to bring, that is the question… we have the answers!

We are often asked what items a person should bring when they come to vacation in one of the properties we manage. Our goal is to provide you with clean, safe, comfortable and affordable accommodations. Each condo is equipped with a fully operational kitchen and has been stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, cookware, coffee makers, blenders, microwaves and with basic cooking accessories necessary for guests to prepare and enjoy meals while visiting.

Bed and bath linens are provided. Each condo regardless of size is equipped with 6 bath towels (sorry, no beach towels are provided), 6 wash clothes, 2 hand towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. Once you run out of these items, you will need to purchase them. We provide 2 kitchen towels, 7 dish tabs for the dishwasher and 7 trash bags in the kitchen. Guests renting condos one full bedroom or larger have a washer and dryer located in the condo for the purpose of laundering. If you plan to do laundry you will need to bring laundry soap.

Daily maid service is not provided. Guests are encouraged to bring any additional linen they feel are necessary for the comfort of their visit.

You will want to bring beach/ pool towels with you. We ask that you do not take condo towels to the beach or pool.
