Welcome to Gulf Islands Unit 122. An quaint and quiet condo with a lot to offer! Gulf Islands Unit 122 is a 1 Bedroom 2 Bath unit at the Sound Side community of Gulf Islands on Navarre Beach, FL. Gulf Islands 122 features 1 Bedroom with one king sized bed and a set of bunk beds built into the hallway. This unit has a max occupancy of 4 persons. Gulf Islands is located directly across the street from public access to The Gulf! Just a short walk to either side of the island and you will be staring at the beautiful views of The Gulf of Mexico or the serene inner coastal waterway.

Navarre Beach is a barrier island located in between Destin, FL and Pensacola, FL. The locals take great pride in our small island in order to keep it safe for us, but also the travelers. There are 3 restaurants here and 2 bars on the island and even more on the mainland. However, you will not find big name restaurants directly in Navarre. Navarre offers mom and pop restaurants and we love our beach side, privately owned restaurants and their owners. If you do like big named restaurants, there are quite a few east and west of us within a 30 minute ride.

Navarre is known as Florida’s Most Relaxing Place for good reason. We keep it simple here on the island by enjoying our weather, our beaches and our people just as much as everyone else. Things move a little slower on this island, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. Come visit our home and find out for yourself if it truly is the most relaxing place!

What to bring and what not to bring, that is the question… we have the answers!

We are often asked what items a person should bring when they come to vacation in one of the properties we manage. Our goal is to provide you with clean, safe, comfortable and affordable accommodations. Each condo is equipped with a fully operational kitchen and has been stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, cookware, coffee makers, blenders, microwaves and with basic cooking accessories necessary for guests to prepare and enjoy meals while visiting.

Bed and bath linens are provided. Each condo regardless of size is equipped with 6 bath towels (sorry, no beach towels are provided), 6 wash clothes, 2 hand towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. Once you run out of these items, you will need to purchase them. We provide 2 kitchen towels, 7 dish tabs for the dishwasher and 7 trash bags in the kitchen. Guests renting condos one full bedroom or larger have a washer and dryer located in the condo for the purpose of laundering. If you plan to do laundry you will need to bring laundry soap.

Daily maid service is not provided. Guests are encouraged to bring any additional linen they feel are necessary for the comfort of their visit.

You will want to bring beach/ pool towels with you. We ask that you do not take condo towels to the beach or pool.
